About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any pre-order you place with Hamrah AI INC ("Hamrah AI"). Questions: info@hamrah.biz.

Pre-orders

  • A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it is available to ship.
  • Pre-orders are currently free reservations: no payment is taken when you reserve, and a reservation is not a completed purchase.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
  • Hamrah is planned for customers in the United States. Eligible destinations will be confirmed before orders open.
  • Any shipping date we show is an estimate, not a guarantee.
  • We may limit the quantity per order.

Order confirmation

You'll see an order number on screen after your pre-order is recorded. We also email a confirmation to the address you provide.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

Free reservations involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

Hamrah, Adventures with Hamrah, and all related characters, artwork, videos and text on this website belong to Hamrah AI. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written permission. For licensing, visit our Business inquiries page.

Product safety and age guidance

Always follow the age recommendation and safety information supplied with the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place a pre-order applies to that pre-order.
