This website is operated by Hamrah AI INC ("Hamrah AI", "we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy at info@hamrah.biz.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us:
- Reservations — your name, email address and ZIP code, the toy and quantity you reserve, and your order number. Reservations don’t collect payment details.
- Messages and business inquiries — the name, email address, company details and message you send through our forms.
- Newsletter — your email address, if you sign up. The newsletter is separate from reservations.
When you visit, our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details, as with any website, and we use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions. Your cart is saved in your own browser.
We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this website.
How we use it
- To record and manage your reservation, and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and business inquiries.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe.
Service providers
This website runs on Vercel (hosting), Turso (database) and Resend (email), which handle information only to provide those services. Videos are provided by YouTube: a video's preview image loads from YouTube when you open the page, and YouTube may collect information and set cookies when you play a video, under Google's privacy policy.
Children
Our website is for parents, families and collectors, and our forms are meant to be completed by adults. We don't ask children for personal information.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep reservation records for as long as needed to manage them and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@hamrah.biz.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
